Bowling Green Open 2020 Rolls Through the Weekend
A weekend full of CKTS tournament action began yesterday (8/15) in Bowling Green, KY as the annual Bowling Green Open got underway. This is the 4th tournament of the year for the CKTS, with four still left to play (including a return trip to Bowling Green in October).
The tournament resumed at 8am this morning, with action at Kereiakas Park and Greenwood High. Players should report directly to their play site listed on the draw.
As has become the “new normal” in our tennis tournaments this year, we are working to ensure the safety of our players, spectators, and volunteers. Communication of check-in and results will be communicated to the Tournament Director via voice or text. There will not be seating for spectators, and gathering in groups is discouraged. Please maintain a 6-foot distance from others, and wear a mask. Please bring your own chairs, blankets, etc. We will not have water coolers or bottled water. Please bring your own supplies just to be sure you have what you need.
IF YOU SHOW ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS, please do not come to the courts as a player or spectator. We look forward to a great weekend of tennis under sunny skies in Bowling Green, KY.
