The 2021 CKTS season continues this weekend (July 9-11) in Elizabethtown, Kentucky with the annual State Farm Etown Open. This is the third stop on the 2021 Central Kentucky Tennis Series (CKTS) Tour after a successful turnout at Bowling Green and Glasgow in June. Nearly 200 players are competing with us this weekend, with early play beginning on Friday evening at Freeman Lake Tennis Complex.
The draws for 2021 State Farm Etown Open are now published with a link to the draws here on our website. Matches will be held at Freeman Lake, John Hardin High School, and University Drive courts. Tournament Director Karen Henson and the Etown Tennis Commission have a great lineup of matches ready to roll.
Please report directly to your play site listed on the draw sheets. There you will receive your complementary goody bag and tournament t-shirt. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start times listed on the draws. Please bring your own drinks to stay hydrated. There are NO restrooms available at John Hardin–we apologize for this inconvenience. Weather updates will come from @cktstour on Twitter and Facebook.
Our online registration and payment system continues to improve, although there have been some minor issues with the Family memberships. For the few of you who were not able to successfully submit payment online this time, please be prepared to pay your fees upon arrival at the tournament.
If you purchased a CKTS membership or TourPass, please request your free CKTS t-shirt this weekend at Freeman Lake on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. As always, CKTS memberships and TourPasses can be purchased online at any time 24/7.
We look forward to a great time of tennis this weekend in Elizabethtown!
